Original silver dial with faceted batons is the most classic Datejust dial combinations. Referred to as “pie pan” dials due to the slope towards the edge of the dial. This detail is why these four digit Datejust references are much admired amongst collectors. The dial is marked “T Swiss T” referring to the original tritium luminous used on the dial. The dial has not been touched by us and remains in excellent original condition.

Ref. 1603 in stainless steel with milled bezel. The 3.6 million serial number in-between the lugs denotes to the year of production of 1974. This reference also indicates that the case is fitted with a plexiglass crystal with a “Cyclops” magnifying the date display. The case & bracelet have been professionally polished by our watchmaker giving the watch a stunning aesthetic. The crown is an original Rolex Oyster Twinlock screw down crown.
