Submariner

Original black dial with luminous “Maxi” white gold luminous markers & Mercedes hands. This dial type is the second iteration and known as “D2”. The dial has not been touched and remains in excellent original condition.

This Submariner reference 16610LV in stainless steel. The LV at the end of this reference indicates that the watch was originally sold as an Anniversary model with green bezel insert instead of the standard black bezel. This is the first case type produced for this reference and described as “C1”. The original green bezel insert is known as a “Fat or Flat Four” insert and is the second variant known as “B2”. The F serial number in-between the lugs denotes the year of production to circa 2003. It features a sapphire crystal and a Rolex Triplock crown. The watch remains unpolished and still retains the original Rolex case back sticker which is very rare to find. Overall the watch is in excellent condition and rarely worn from new.
