Original blue dial with gold baton indices bearing the signature of Mohammed bin Rashid al Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai and Prime Minister of the UAE. This is an extremely watch that would have been presented on behalf of the Sheikh to someone of high importance to the UAE as a sign of appreciation. These dials are referred to as “pie pan” dials due to the sloping edge of the dial. The dial is signed “T Swiss T” referring to the original tritium luminous. The dial has not been touched and remains in excellent original condition with some small signs of age.

The reference 1603 in stainless steel with milled bezel. The 3.5 million serial number in-between the lugs denotes to the year of production to 1974. This reference features a plexiglass crystal with “Cyclops” magnifying the date display and a Rolex Twinlock screw down crown. The case & bracelet have been professionally polished during service giving the watch a stunning aesthetic.
