Find me one like thisOriginal white lacquered dial with white gold batons & hands. These dials are referred to as “Porcelain” dials due to a thick lacquer that gives the appearance the font is floating. These “Porcelain” dials were produced for approximately 2 years between 1989-1991 in relatively small quantities and also feature on the first “Zenith” Daytona models (16520). The dial is correctly signed “T Swiss Made T” referring to the original tritium on the dial. The dial has not been touched and remains in excellent original condition.
The reference 16200 in stainless steel with smooth bezel. The L serial number in-between the lugs denotes the year of production to 1989. This reference features a sapphire crystal with “Cyclops” magnifying the date display and a Rolex Twinlock crown. The case & bracelet remain unpolished and it still retains the original Rolex case back sticker.
