Find me one like thisThis extremely rare dial features gold batons and quarterly Arabic numerals at 6 and 9. It also features Arabic numerals within the seconds/minutes tracking which is was never featured on regular production dials. This dial could in fact be a prototype dial or a special order. The dial is signed “T Swiss T” indicating the use of tritium luminous on the dial.
Reference 1500 in stainless steel with smooth bezel. The 2.2 million serial number in-between the lugs denotes to the year of production to 1970. It features a plexiglass crystal with a “Cyclops” magnifying the date display and has a Rolex Oyster Twinlock screw down crown. The case & bracelet are in excellent condition.
Original Rolex Oyster riveted bracelet, reference 7205 with 57 end links. The clasp is dated the 2nd quarter of 1970. Bracelets can be resized to fit on request.
