Also known as a sigma dial due to the small Greek letters either side of the “T Swiss T” indicating the use of gold for the indices. These sigma dials were only produced during the early to mid 70s and have now become highly sought-after. Referred to as a “pie pan” dials due to the sloping edge of the dial. This extra detail is why these four digit Datejust references are much admired amongst collectors. The dial is marked “T Swiss T” referring to the original tritium luminous used on the dial. The dial has not been touched by us and remains in excellent original condition with minimal signs of age.
