Original silver dial
Original silver dial with rose gold batons & hands. Referred to as a “Pie Pan” dial due to the sloping edge which featured on these four digit references. The “T Swiss T” refers to the original tritium luminous used on the dial. The dial has not been touched and remains in excellent original condition.
steel case with rose gold fluted bezel
The reference 1601 in stainless steel with rose gold fluted bezel. The 3.4 million serial number in-between the lugs denotes the year of production to 1973. It features a plexiglass crystal with a “Cyclops” magnifying the date display and a Rolex Twinlock screw down crown. The bezel has been cleaned by hand so that it retains the original fluted edges. The case & bracelet remain in excellent original condition.
