Find me one like thisOriginal “Mk1” black dial with tritium lume plots & Mercedes hands. The so called “Great White” Mk1 dials feature in the serial range 5.1 to 6.2 million. These dials came after the “Double Red” and were introduced in the late 1970s. The dial is marked “Swiss-T<25” referring to the original tritium luminous used on the dial. The luminous is not showing a patina which means that the watch was used regularly over the years and therefore the tritium luminous has not degraded forming a patina. The dial has not been touched by us and remains in excellent original condition.
Sea-Dweller reference 1665 “Great White” in stainless steel. The 5.6 million serial number in-between the lugs denotes to the year of production to 1978 which corresponds with the “Mk1” dial. This reference also features a domed plexiglass crystal & helium escape value. The case has been professionally polished by our watchmakers giving the watch a stunning aesthetic. The rotating bezel with original 60 minute insert has some scratches to be expected but we have kept it original. The crown is an original Rolex Triplock screw down crown.
Original Rolex Oyster Sea-Dweller bracelet with flip-lock clasp & diving extension. Bracelets can be resized on request.
